Testimonials

Rachel was very discrete in her handling of the purchase of this property. The Des Moines County Humane Society is very appreciative of all the time and trouble she went to make this as easy as possible for us.

From the moment we listed my home, Rachel's expertise and dedication were evident. Thanks to her outstanding marketing strategy and the beautiful professional photos she arranged, my house immediately attracted attention and generated multiple showings right away. Even more impressive, we received and accepted an offer within the first week of being on the market. Rachel's guidance throughout the entire process gave me confidence every step of the way. One of the things I appreciated most was how thoroughly she walked me through the appraisal and inspection process, especially since the buyer was using a non-traditional loan. She took the time to explain what to expect, answered every question I had, and helped navigate any challenges that arose with professionalism and knowledge. Rachel made the experience smooth, straightforward, and successful. Her communication, attention to detail, and commitment are truly exceptional.

Absolutely amazing service will definitely recommend Rachel to any of our friends and family looking to sell or buy in the future!!

Rachel did a great job in the sale of my property. She kept me and the people living in my house completely up to date with what was transpiring with potential buyers and showings. She then took care of every question and concern I had throughout the process making the sale a good experience for me

Rachel was excellent to work with during each step. She was always in contact about next steps and how things were progressing. On top of being a good listener, her knowledge and advice were priceless. I thought I was organized and planned ahead on things but then I had Rachel as a realtor. 10 out of 10 experience.

Rachel did a WONDERFUL job. We bought the first house she showed us and she made the process smooth and simple!

Rachel made short work of selling my mother’s home and she(my mother) was happy with the sale price. Really glad she contacted us as we were trying to sell privately with no success. She brought a client to view mom’s house. Although they did not buy it. We ultimately decided to have Rachel list it. She was able to bring a buyer to us very quickly. Thanks again Rachel!!!

Rachel was an amazing realtor! I would recommend her to anyone!

Rachel was an amazing resource. She was very reliable, always working hard, provided great local resources, and was always prompt in all communication. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with!

Rachel Holsteen was incredible during my home buying experience! She showed genuine care for my needs as a first time homebuyer and walked me step by step through the process. A close friend of mine who tagged along for some of the houses we toured even said he thought she seemed like she'd been a real estate agent for a decade. The home I chose was not even one I found, but one that she suggested we look at, and I couldn't have been more impressed. Without Rachel this process would have been incredibly stressful and I am thankful for all of her help, kindness, patience, organization, and incredible attention to detail.

I would like to say that Rachel Holsteen did a fantastic job of making a complicated process smooth and as simple as possible. It was almost too easy. She was always available for any questions we had and made our selling experience practically stress free!

I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Rachel was amazing! I had spend several months looking at houses and had started to feel a little defeated. Within 1-2 hours of the house I bought being listed, Rachel had sent me the information and set up a showing for the following afternoon! It was perfect! She kept both my wants and needs in mind and delivered!

Rachel was extremely helpful and patient. She listened to our wants/needs and helped us find the perfect home for our family. She also made the process of selling our home so much less stressful, especially when crazy things came up that we didn't expect. She definitely made our experience a great one!

Rachel went above and beyond any other agent I've ever had. She was very positive, honest, and ahead of any situation.
